At North Common, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@northcommon.ca and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
