30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try North Common as part of your routine. If you’re not satisfied, email info@northcommon.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

We’ll refund your full order total, including any shipping charges and taxes you paid. Opened and used products are covered. You can keep the products—no return required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@northcommon.ca with your order number and a description of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You do not need to return the products or pay return shipping.

We’ll email you when your refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account.
