North Common is proudly based in Ontario and ships exclusively within Canada in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Canadian Shipping Policy

  • Canada-Only Delivery: We ship to all 10 Canadian provinces and 3 territories. We do not ship outside of Canada, so there are never surprise cross-border customs duties or USD conversion fees.
  • Free Shipping on Orders $45+ CAD: Orders of $45 CAD or more (before tax) qualify automatically for free standard shipping across Canada.
  • Standard Flat-Rate Shipping Under $45 CAD: Orders under $45 CAD ship for a flat rate of $9.99 CAD in Ontario and $12.99 CAD across the rest of Canada.
  • Order Processing & Dispatch (1–3 Business Days): Orders are packed and dispatched from our Ontario facility within 1–3 business days, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days via tracked ground shipping.
  • Tracking Included: Every shipment includes a tracking confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our Ontario facility.

30-Day First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee & 14-Day Unopened Returns

Grooming is personal. We stand behind our products with a clear 30-Day First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee for first-time customers and a Standard 14-Day Unopened Return Policy for all other orders:

  • 30-Day First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened & Used Covered — No Return Required): Your entire first order with North Common is covered for 30 days from delivery—including individual bottles ($28.00 CAD Beard Oils, $24.00 CAD Beard Washes), full $45.00 CAD Two-Piece Routine Kits, full $88.00 CAD Four-Piece Routine Kits, and any combination of products on your first order. If you are not satisfied, email info@northcommon.ca or call/text 226-773-4585 within 30 days of delivery with your order number for a full refund of the entire amount actually paid, including original shipping charges and applicable taxes, to your original payment method. Opened and used products are covered, and you keep all refunded products—no return required (limit one voluntary guarantee claim per customer; covers a qualifying customer’s first subscription order, but not subsequent recurring renewals).
  • Standard 14-Day Unopened Returns (Outside the First-Order Guarantee): For repeat orders or standard unopened returns, contact info@northcommon.ca within 14 days of delivery for return authorization. Products must be unopened, unused, and factory-sealed. After authorization, you have 14 additional days to ship the return back (customer arranges and pays for return shipping). We refund the eligible product price and applicable taxes to your original payment method (original outbound shipping is non-refundable on ordinary voluntary returns unless required by law).
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@northcommon.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo for a fast replacement or full refund including shipping at no cost to you (this 7-day request is for administrative speed and does not limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights under Ontario or Quebec law).
